What is Bowen ?
Bowen is a gentle, relaxing hands-on treatment that treats the whole person not just the condition.
Using thumbs and fingers in a specific order or process, rolling moves are made over the surface of the skin using skin slack to move over the underlying tissue called Fascia. So what is Fascia?
Between each set of moves the therapist leaves the room for about 2 minutes to allow the body to respond & for change to begin.
It offers the whole body an opportunity to restore structural integrity.
